At the gallery

Like a paradigm of lobotomy

But battled on For Love Instead

There was an accident
At a tax event
A man got a razor in the back of him
I think he was plastered - it didn't make sense
But none of the bastards had any intent
On giving out orders, on getting things sorted
Or calling the medics - it was fucking pathetic!
But...

There was something dipping inside of me
As a fatty lipped to the right of me
He was talking about daily bread
I turned my head to cut him dead
But then I smiled For Love instead

Oh my very soul is only natural
I leave things unsaid - I bite my lip and dip with love instead

Had a love affair
But I was never there
I need to be working to get anywhere
She might have been perfect, she might have had traits
I couldn't be certain - and I sure couldn't wait
To get caught in a marriage, to be taken to Paris
To be honored and cherish - I just couldn't care less!!
But...

She was always approaching with energy
And I didn't want to be enemies
So after we broke the bed
I held her head - and tears were shed
I stayed her friend For Love Instead

That's right - I am a very loving person
